Protecting yourself

Protecting oneself can be viewed in a holistic manner that means protecting the mind, soul, and body.

Being less anxious about the future, avoiding negative thoughts that keep you wandering, listening to soft music, get together to relax or any activity to keep the mind in a positive state will help you have a healthy mind.

Your soul, for me, one of the best best way to keep it healthy is to give it to God as it is His and His blessing will shadow over it.

Eating well, sleeping the 6-8 hours at night, excersing at least 30 minutes a day will sustain your body. Eating in a healthy way such as fruits and vegetables, cooking with the olive oil, drink some milk, get organic products, protein and carbohydrates, avoiding saturated fat will aid your body to find every substance to function well.

Unfortunately, some people emphasize only about eating well and excercising, but forget the importance of the 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night.When you deprive yourself of sleep, it affects your cardiovascular, immune system, endocrime system, and sometimes your whole body. People can put themselves in a regular schedule to help them keep up with a "good night sleep" and avoiding all that caffeine in the morning to stay awake.

Hoping that information of the holistic manner to view your health will help everyone who will read those lines.
